How to Use

• Inhalation: Renew the senses, applying a few drops into hands, breathing in and out deeply.
• Workout friendly: Pop in your gym bag, inhaling this refreshing oil before, during and after exercise for a burst of energy.
• Massage: Soothe achy muscles by using a few drops on the temples, forehead, neck and over the sinuses (avoiding eyes).
• Perfume: Dab onto neckline and pulse points for a minty uplifting scent.

Directions: Apply to desired area. In case of sensitivity, dilute 15 drops in 10 ml of Young Living V-6®.
